End-User License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and payment of applicable fees, Command Intelligence Center grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to activate and use the licensed Agents and their Skills for one business or organization within your own workspace, solely for your internal business purposes.

If you use the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you will not, and you will not permit others to:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or share the Skills or your license;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive, extract, copy, or reconstruct the Skills, prompts, or orchestration logic;
• use the Service to build, train, or improve a competing product or Agent library;
• remove or alter proprietary notices or watermarks;
• circumvent usage caps, security, or license controls; or
• use the Service beyond the scope of the license you purchased.

Command Intelligence Center retains all rights, titles, and interests in the Service, the Skills, the Agent library, the Connector, documentation, and trademarks, including all improvements. You keep ownership of your Content and business inputs. Except as expressly stated, the Company grants you no rights.

A Trial Key license is for evaluation only and is time- and usage-limited. It terminates automatically on expiration or at its usage cap. Upon expiration, your continued use requires your own Key (BYOK) or a managed subscription.

Command Intelligence Center may provide updates or new Agents. Updates are provided under this EULA unless they come with separate terms.

This EULA is effective until terminated. The Company can terminate the EULA immediately if you breach the EULA or the Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Skills. Sections 2.2, 2.3, 2.7, and 2.8 shall survive termination of this EULA.

THE SKILLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

The limitation of liability in Section 1.16 of the Terms of Service applies to this EULA.
