CIS access is granted through a verified purchase, an administrator invitation, or an approved existing account.
Activation links are sent to the exact email used at checkout. Check spam, then request a new secure link from the activation page using that purchase email.
Use “Reset password”. If your CIS account was created with Google, use Continue with Google instead — a password was never set on that account.
Links are single-use and time-limited for your protection. Request a new one with the email connected to your purchase, or sign in if your account is already active.
Your identity was verified, but no active CIS entitlement is attached to it. Contact support with your purchase email so we can attach your verified access.
